INCITS Subgroup Officer Training is mandatory only for officer positions requiring INCITS appointment (e.g. EB, FBC, PBC, TC, TG and SG Chairmen, EB Vice Chairman, TC International Representatives). Although all INCITS officers are encouraged to attend training, it is not mandatory for officers of Maintenance Committees.
