  • Venetian Hotel Room Block Information
 INCITS has reserved a block of rooms at the Venetian for the rate of $159 per night. Reservations should be made by Friday, June 13, 2008 to obtain the INCITS rate. Please reference "INCITS Officers' Symposium" or group code "RINFO" when making your reservation. The room block rate is in effect from Sunday, July 13 through Thursday, July 17.

  • Annual Reports and Presentations

All active INCITS Technical committees will present their annual reports during the INCITS TC Officers' symposium. 

The Chairman (or other TC/TG Officer) for each TC will submit both a written annual report (using the template format) and prepare a presentation (using the presentation template) for the symposium.  Each report will be followed with a short question and answer session.

The Annual Report and the Presentation are due by Friday, June 6, 2008. Please email them to lbarra@itic.org.

 You are invited to attend INCITS TC Chair and International Representative training that is being offered on Tuesday, July 15, 2008, immediately following the Symposium.

Attached is a reminder to those TC officers who must receive training.
